Section 33
Who can be members
: (1) Subject organizations within the district can be members in the district subject cooperative association according to section 4.
(2) Organizations within the district and district-specific cooperative associations may be members of the district cooperative association as per section 5.
(3) Subject organizations within the province and district subject associations may be members of the province subject cooperative association as per section 6.
(4) Organizations within the province, district cooperative associations, district cooperative associations and provincial cooperative associations may be members of the provincial cooperative association according to section 7.
(5) Subject organizations, district subject associations and provincial subject associations may be members of the central subject cooperative association as per Section 8.
(6) In the National Cooperative Federation as per Section 10, District Thematic Association, District Cooperative Association, Provincial Thematic Association, Provincial Cooperative Association and Central Thematic Cooperative Association may be members.
(7) Only institutions and associations can be members in cooperative banks.
(8) According to this section, the procedure for taking membership will be as prescribed.
